This recipe is for a spice combination which is quite hot.
We use this in our batter for Coomera Fried Chicken (CFC).
Also in other meals requireing a tasty warm to hot tang.
Its a bit of an abomination gained from looking at many others out there
trying to copy a certain Kentucky Fried Chicken flavor.
This is what we came up with and have used for some years.
Interestingly 11 abominable herbs and spices are used.
Use as much or as little for your taste when seasoning foods.
We use 1 table spoon per part which lasts us some months in a jar.
(substitute your own measure eg: Tea spoon to make less)

| | 1 Part Chilli Powder |
| | 1 Part Ground Sage |
| | 1 Part Dried Basil |
| | 1 Part All Purpose Spice |
| | 1 Part Black Pepper |
| | 4 Parts Salt |
| | 6 Parts Paprika (Hungarian) |
| | 1 Part Onion Salt or Powder |
| | 1 Part Garlic Powder |
| | 1 Part Lemon Pepper |
