Greek Salad

Healthy ingredients combined together
to make our favorite greek salad.
No cooking required just fresh ingredients!.

You will require...

 •  Olives (4 or more tbls)
 •  Celery (1 stick)
 •  Tomatoes (four)
 •  Spring Onions (three)
 •  Cucumber (about 10cm / 4inch)
 •  Capsicum (one)
 •  Greek Style Fetta Cheeze (200gm / 7oz)
 •  1 TBLS Lemon Juice +
1 TBLS Balsamic Vinegar +
2 TBLS Olive Oil
Optional Addition: Cider Vinegar / Pepper
    Instructions.
 •  Select a container with a lid and place a
plastic bag that is larger within it.
Chop your ingredients (chunks) as per image(s)
and place into the plastic bag.
If your ingredients over fill the container
you need either a larger container
or a second container.
 •  Add the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil
and any optional additions to the mix.
This makes a tasty Vinaigrette.
 •  Remove the plastic bag swirling to seal the top.
Then shake, poke and push the bag to mix all the ingredients.
 •  If you have too much liquid at this point tip some out.
Then tip contents of the plastic bag into your container.
Refrigerate and serve when you are ready.
Mixture should keep for 4 or more days happily.
