Paua NZ Abolone Earrings

Shell from New Zealand
Pieces of polished shell are chosen/matched based on color
and size (typically 2cm to 4cm).
They are all natural and no two earrings will be exactly the same.
Paua is a Maori Name for the black foot abolone which is unique to New Zealand.
In Maori culture, the paua (abalone) shell symbolizes the eyes of Tangaroa
the god of the sea, and serves as a sacred taonga (treasure).
It represents strength, emotional clarity, and protection.
The shell’s shifting, iridescent colors stand for harmony,
connectivity, and life's transitions.
Note: Color may differ slightly from images due to different display devices.
